These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and BUSSYY owned by Verbion Visions (“BUSSYY”, “we”) governing your use of our app and website (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms.
1. The platform
BUSSYY is a marketplace that connects people who post short, hourly jobs (“Seekers”) with people who perform them (“Providers”). We are a facilitator; we are not the employer of Providers and are not a party to the agreement for services between Seekers and Providers.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and KYC information and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Jobs, hiring & conduct
- Seekers are responsible for describing jobs accurately and for lawful, safe working conditions.
- Providers are responsible for performing jobs professionally and as agreed.
- You agree not to post unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or unsafe content, and not to circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
4. Payments, escrow & fees
- Seekers pay the job amount into escrow before a job becomes active. Funds are held by our regulated escrow partner.
- The amount includes applicable GST and is shown before payment. Services start at ₹200 per hour.
- On job completion, funds are released to the Provider after deduction of the platform fee, applicable taxes and TDS as required by law.
- Payouts are made to the Provider’s verified bank account via the escrow partner.
5. Cancellations & refunds
A Seeker may cancel a paid job before completion and request a refund of the escrow amount. Refunds are processed to the original account through the escrow partner and may take several business days. Amounts already released for completed work are not refundable.
6. Ratings & reviews
After a completed job, both parties may leave one honest rating and review. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer them, upload malicious code, scrape data, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of jobs or the conduct of any user. You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUSSYY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes between Seekers and Providers. Our total liability is limited to the fees we received for the transaction in question.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time via the Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra, India.
