What is BUSSYY?
BUSSYY is a marketplace for short, hourly work in India, owned by Verbion Visions. People and businesses post jobs, and verified local providers apply or are invited to do them, from drivers and event staff to photographers and security.
How do payments work?
When you hire, you pay a small platform fee online (UPI, card or netbanking) and receive a GST invoice by email. The agreed job amount is paid to the provider in cash when the work is done. All amounts are shown before you pay.
How does BUSSYY verify providers?
Providers verify their PAN and bank account (GST is optional), and our team reviews each profile. Only approved providers can see and take jobs.
What does it cost?
Hourly rates start at ₹200 per hour, or you can set a fixed price for the whole job. The platform fee and GST are shown before you pay to hire. The job amount is agreed with the provider and paid in cash when the work is done.
What is the difference between hourly and fixed rate?
Hourly rate is for jobs priced by the hour: you set the rate, the duration and how many workers you need. Fixed rate is one amount for the whole task, when you already know the full price.
How do offers and negotiation work?
A provider can apply at your posted rate or send an offer with their own price. Either side can counter. When the other side accepts the latest price, it is confirmed and locked, and you can pay the booking fee to hire.
How do I hire someone?
Open the applicants or offers on your job, agree the rate, then pay the platform fee online. On the payment receipt, tap Hire provider to confirm. Chat opens and you get the job's start PIN.
What is the work-start PIN?
After you hire, the app gives you a 4-digit PIN for that job. When your provider arrives, you tell them the PIN and they enter it in their app to start the job timer, so everyone agrees who showed up and when work began.
Can the job date be changed after booking?
Yes. The provider can request a new date from the booking, and you approve or decline it. Approved changes update the calendar for both of you.
What if a job is cancelled?
You can cancel from the app. Any cancellation charge depends on when you cancel and is shown before you confirm; the rules are in our Terms & Conditions.
How do providers get paid?
The agreed job amount is paid to the provider in cash when the work is finished. Providers can see their earnings history in the app.
How do providers find jobs near them?
Providers see open jobs in the services they offer, sorted by distance, and can narrow them with a distance filter from 5 km up to 250 km. They can apply at the posted rate or send an offer.
Can I post jobs as an individual or a business?
Both. Choose Individual for personal hiring, or Organization to hire for a business. Organizations can invite staff by phone to post jobs on the company's behalf.
Can providers share their profile?
Yes. From Settings, providers can share a link to their public profile with their services, rates, ratings and reviews. Anyone can open it in a browser without installing the app.
What services can I hire on BUSSYY?
The catalog covers nine categories, including events and entertainment, photo and video, hospitality, drivers and logistics, security, office support, retail promotions, sound and stage, and errands, with 40+ roles such as DJs, photographers, wait staff and event crew.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the Account Deletion page and submit a request with your registered email. We remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
