Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the BUSSYY app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
Prefer to request deletion here? Fill in the form below. It opens your email app with a pre-filled request to our privacy team. Use the same email address registered with your account so we can verify the request.
What gets deleted
When your request is verified and processed, we permanently remove:
- Your profile, name, photo, contact details and description.
- Your job posts, applications, chat messages and reviews.
- Your device and push-notification records.
- Your KYC identifiers held for verification purposes.
What we may retain
Certain records must be kept to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — for example, transaction and invoice records tied to completed payments. These are retained only as long as the law requires and are then deleted or anonymized.
Timeline
We confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been removed.
